The standard coverage percentages on this type of Homeowner's policy are as follows:
5%- Coverage B. This is for your Separate structures, so sheds, in-law apartments, and occasionally solar panels.
40% - Coverage C. This is for your personal property. This includes your jewelry, clothes, TVs, etc.
